There are two pricing rates, community and commercial
Community rate is for local non-profit making events.
Examples include English lessons, faith and cultural groups, book clubs, puzzle nights, jumble sales, local charity events.
If you are unsure, please contact us to check if your event qualifies before booking.
Commercial rate is for classes or events people must pay to attend, or for corporate use including the NHS. Examples include team building days, dance studio rehearsals, yoga and hen do activities.
We are always open to ideas and in some cases can offer the space for free.
The space belongs to the local community and if you have an idea and want to try it but cost is the barrier please contact us to discuss it further.
There is a 15 minute changeover time between each booking, to allow for setting up and tidying.
Minimum booking is 1 hour.

£20 per hour
£70 half day: 4 hours
9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm
£120 whole day: 8 hours
£80 birthday party package
Birthday party packages can be booked from 10am to 1pm or 3pm to 6pm, on Saturday and Sunday.

£50 per hour
£175 half day: 4 hours
9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm
£300 whole day: 8 hours
The Eastern Room – Community Rate
£15 per hour
£55 half day: 4 hours
9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm
£90 whole day: 8 hours
£60 birthday party package
Birthday party packages can be booked from 10am to 1pm or 3pm to 6pm, on Saturday and Sunday.
